Breeshey Kermode, Project Assistant

Breeshey joined UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man in September 2020, with previous experience in biochemistry, bar and events management and public service. She studied marine science and conservation and has a life-long passion for the environment, nature and conservation. She is a fluent Manx Gaelic speaker with a strong personal interest in Manx Heritage and Culture. She is currently studying for a degree in herbal medicine to further her passion for plants and their properties.

Best thing about our Biosphere? The immense feeling of home…our nature, our wildlife.

Favourite place? A secret I cannot tell. High on the list are Lag ny Keeilley and my garden in a storm.
