  • Don't let your bus ticket be litter

UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man is working with Bus Vannin, which operates the Isle of Man's buses, to encourage passengers to dispose of tickets carefully. Posters appear on buses and messages on bus tickets. Click here for more.

  • Till receipt initiative

Retailers are supporting the anti-littering message with till receipts stating ‘The Isle of Man is a UNESCO Biosphere. Please keep it tidy by disposing of this receipt carefully.’ If your business issues receipts and you are willing to join in, email Biosphere@gov.im to let us know. Click here for more.
