The Isle of Man’s eighth annual Manx Wildlife Week takes place from 26th April to 5th May 2025, offering an island-wide celebration of wildlife and the many creatures that visit or call our Biosphere home.
Organised each year by Biosphere stakeholders and partners Manx National Heritage, the week brings together organisations and individuals passionate about the Island’s environment.
As a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the Isle of Man is recognised globally for its unique natural heritage and the strong connection between people and the rest of nature.
Manx Wildlife Week is a special opportunity for the community to come together, discover and engage with local wildlife, and deepen our shared commitment to its protection.
Throughout the week, a variety of inclusive events will be held across the Island, inviting people of all ages and backgrounds to take part. From guided walks and expert talks to creative workshops and family-friendly activities, the week promises something for everyone.
Engaging with nature is not only beneficial for our wellbeing - it strengthens our understanding of the ecosystems we are part of and the services they provide for us. Together, we can celebrate, learn, and care - for our wildlife and for our future.
Further details will be announced by Manx National Heritage soon, so keep an eye on the dedicated web page.
